Q. What are your daily rates?

A. It’s $65 per night for a RV site for 2 persons. Each extra person $10 per night. Extra vehicles $10 per night.

Q. What’s included in that price?

A. Wi-fi, bathrooms & shower; all the hookup (water, sewer and hydro) are included in Daily and Weekly price. Long Term stays require paying extra for power usage. There is also a laundry room where coin washers and dryers are available.

Q. What is your monthly rate?

A. The year round flat rate is $960/mo for standard size and $1,000/mo for large size, includes all the utilities except power is extra.

Q. What is the average hydro per month?

A. It really depends on how much you use since it’s on meters. Can be anywhere from $50 to $200 depending on usage.

Q. Do you have a public sani-dump?

A. No, we do not.

Q. Do you allow campfire?

A. Not open wood fires, but gas fire pits are allowed.

Q. Do you allow pets?

A. Cats ok. Dogs only if under 20 lbs and 14 inches!

Q. Do you have a restaurant or grocery store nearby?

A. Yes, there is a Chevron gas station right around our RV park in which there is a Tripe-O restaurant and small grocery store.

Q. Do you have long term tenants?

A. Yes, we do. In fact, some are long term tenants and we really try to keep an eye on each other. It’s a very friendly and safe environment.
