Despite being right off the highway, I find it to be fairly quiet, especially neighbors. It’s in a very convenient location. And while the Sites are small and devoid of trees Rules are in place to Keep campers respectful to each other so we have a safe and enjoyable experience. Improvements to the park are ongoing But for now it’s a four out of five star review but two thumbs up. Highly recommended

I loved this park. I was very friendly and got along with all the other campers, really felt at home. The staff were very helpful and addressed issues quickly and were quick to provide information or help when needed. Great location along highway and close to both downtown Langley and Fort Langley. I noticed some other comments complaining about management of staff and I found to be completely untrue. Must be difficult people who just want to vent. I recommend this park

Spent two years here as I ran a small business in the Lower Mainland. Rules apply to everyone which is a bonus as my last RV park in Surrey had different rules for different people.

My RV, vehicles and personal security were safe

Would definitely stay here again should the need arise moving forward

The highway is nearby, but didn't bother me in my trailer. Within 10 minutes to all stores. Clean washroom and great management!

Showers are hot.

Access is good.

Rule book is strict.

All in all a decent campsite if you're between jobs or not looking for absolute peace and quiet. Being beside the highway can be loud at times.

Not an ideal holiday spot. It is a fine place to stay if you just need a place to stay while doing things in the area.

Showers/washrooms clean and free to use with a key they provide you. Wi-fi is pretty good for an RV site. Hook-ups are fine. The staff member was very good and very helpful--good communication.

Very little shade; not much for scenery. Traffic noise from the highway is very loud--but we stay there because it's close to highway 1. Hardly anyone is seen outside of their trailers, but then, no one causes problems.

I'll stay there again, but only if I'm not really there to "camp." It's just a home base.

This is the friendliest RV park I have stayed at. The management is very professional and the facility
is very clean and well cared for.Really quiet !!!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed there one night on the way to Richmond. The washrooms were clean. Manager was friendly. Definitely would stay again next time passing by.

This is a wonderful safe place to park your RV, close all amenities, easy access to Hwy #1 with full service hook-ups. George the RV park manager is a nice man and very helpful.

My husband Derek & I had a GREAT time. The owners were there all the time, accommodated our RV, & trailer even though it was a very busy Labor Day weekend. They couldn't have been been nicer, and I would happily stay there again on our next trip.
